Step 2: Identify Your Displays and Manage Content in Comeen
In your Comeen space, you should see your Zoom Rooms devices listed as soon as they have started Comeen for the first time. Zoom Rooms devices will only appear as connected when Comeen is active, meaning the device is not in a meeting and is broadcasting content.
⚠️ Please note: Zoom Rooms added devices will initially display generic or random names, as shown in the screenshot below.
To identify and rename your devices, please follow these steps:
1. Stand in front of your Zoom Rooms device and restart it. When the Comeen app loads, you should see your device identifier displayed in the bottom-left corner. Consider filming the loading process or taking a picture to ensure you can reference it later.
2. In Comeen, navigate to the Displays page and click the Edit button next to the display with the corresponding identifier
3. Enter a new name for the display, then click Save.
4. Once your devices are listed, identified, and renamed, you will need to create a playlist and assign it to your displays
Adding New Devices Post-Setup
Once the initial setup is complete, you can easily assign the digital signage source to new Zoom Rooms devices for configuration. Follow these steps in the Zoom Web Portal:
⚠️ Note: This process will not affect any existing or already configured Zoom Rooms devices in Comeen.
Option 1: Digital signage configuration applied at the location or floor level
If the digital signage configuration is applied at the location or floor level, any new devices added to that location or floor will automatically appear in Comeen. However, these newly added devices may initially display generic or random names, as mentioned in Step 2.
→ In this case, you will need to follow Step 2 again to identify and rename your new displays.
Option 2: Digital signage configuration applied to specific rooms

Repeat Step 1 to add Comeen as a digital signage source:
- Retrieve the Comeen Association URL.
- Enable digital signage on your new rooms.
- Add the Comeen URL as a content source for your new rooms.
