Prerequisites

• Comeen Requirements:

  • An active Comeen account with the necessary permissions to manage room scheduling.
  • A configured room scheduling setup within the Comeen platform.
  • Stable internet connection.

• Logitech Requirements:

  • A Logitech Tap Scheduler device meeting the manufacturer's hardware and technical specifications.
  • Logitech CollabOS version 1.14 or later.

  Important: Ensure the Logitech Tap Scheduler is updated to CollabOS 1.14 or later to access the latest features and integrations.

Configuring the Logitech Tap Scheduler

    1. Proceed to the first-time setup if you haven't done so yet by selecting the Country, Time zone, and Language.

    2. Accept the Terms & Conditions.

    3. On the "Select video service provider" screen, choose Comeen.

    5. After entering the provisioning code, ensure all details are correct, then proceed by tapping the right arrow icon.

    6. Click "Continue to Comeen".

    8. Configure your screen on Comeen to display your meeting room information.

Once the device syncs with Comeen, it will display the room's scheduling interface.

The Tap Scheduler is now ready for use, showing real-time availability and allowing for on-the-spot bookings.
