Add a Background on Rooms panels

This step can be done in a few clicks once you have set up your meeting rooms panels.

To add background images on your meeting rooms panels, you just need to go into the playlist(s) where you have set up your meeting room content(s).

Once you're in the specific playlist(s) click on the content Room booking and scroll down to the Image background slot.

Click on Choose a file from the library then select the wanted background.

Once done, click on Save.

Now, for every meeting room(s) using this playlist, they will show the selected image as their background.

​Note: You can have the same or different backgrounds for your meeting rooms. Having one similar background requires only one playlist. But multiple backgrounds entail as many more playlists.
