Integrating PowerBI with Comeen allows you to broadcast dynamic data visualizations directly to your screens. 

This capability ensures that your audience has immediate access to the latest insights from your PowerBI dashboards and reports, enhancing data-driven decision-making.

The Power BI account connected to Comeen must have Administrator or Member access to the Power BI workspaces containing your reports

Open your playlist and click Add content.

Select Power BI from the Microsoft 365 section.

- User authentication: Display Power BI content using the connected user's permissions and access rights.

- Premium Embed Capacity: Display Power BI content using an embed token. This option requires the Power BI workspace to be backed by a Power BI Premium or Power BI Embedded capacity.

Choose whether you want to display a Dashboard or a Report.

Select the PowerBI document and the workspace it is stored in. If broadcasting a report, select the specific page to display.

(Optional) Add a Filter to customize the report displayed on your screens. Filters use the Power BI URL filter syntax. For more information, see <a href="https://support.comeen.com/en/articles/12701764-adapt-the-broadcast-of-your-power-bi-reports-according-to-filters">Adapt the broadcast of your Power BI reports according to filters.</a>

Click Save to complete the setup and start broadcasting.

3. Choose the authentication method:
 - User authentication: Display Power BI content using the connected user's permissions and access rights.
 
 - Premium Embed Capacity: Display Power BI content using an embed token. This option requires the Power BI workspace to be backed by a Power BI Premium or Power BI Embedded capacity.

4. Choose whether you want to display a Dashboard or a Report.

5. Select the PowerBI document and the workspace it is stored in. If broadcasting a report, select the specific page to display.

6. (Optional) Add a Filter to customize the report displayed on your screens. Filters use the Power BI URL filter syntax. 7. Click Save to complete the setup and start broadcasting.

Use User authentication to display Power BI content on behalf of the connected user.

The connected Power BI account must hold a Power BI Pro or Power BI Premium Per User (PPU) license.

Comeen can only access the workspaces, dashboards, and reports that the connected Power BI account has permission to access.

Use Premium Embed Capacity if your Power BI workspace is backed by a Power BI Premium or Power BI Embedded capacity. This authentication method uses an embed token to display Power BI content.

A Microsoft trial banner will appear on the content unless your workspace is backed by a Power BI Premium or Power BI Embedded capacity.
