Broadcast design that will be updated live
This option allows you to broadcast a design that updates live on your screens. Any changes you make to your design in Canva will automatically be reflected in real time on your displays.
Limitation: Access level of the Canva design must be set to Anyone can access the design using this link.
1. Get your Smart Embed link from Canva
To display your Canva design on screen, you’ll first need to retrieve its Smart Embed link.
Log in to Canva and open the design you want to display.
Click the Share button in the top-right corner, then in the Access level section, you need to select Anyone with the link.
Then click on See all to access additional sharing options.
Choose Embed and copy the Smart embed link:
2. Add your design to a playlist
Go to the playlist where you want to broadcast your design.
Click on Add Content and select Canva, then Design.
Paste your URL into the Smart Embed link field.
Set the number of slides you would like to broadcast.
Set the duration for how long you want your design slides to appear under the Slide Duration field.
Click on Save
The content has been added to your playlist and is now playing on your displays.
