This article explains how to connect your Unily account to Comeen so you can seamlessly display Unily content on your screens.
Prerequisites
Before getting started, make sure that:
You have an active Unily account.
To set up a Unily integration, you will need connection details provided by Unily. Please contact Unily Support to obtain the required connection information before proceeding.
You have the required permissions to add integrations in Comeen
If you don't see the Unily integration, contact your Comeen team.
If you do not have these permissions in Comeen, you will need to ask a Comeen administrator to either:
Grant you the rights to add integrations, or
Connect the Unily integration on your behalf
How to connect Unily to Comeen
Follow these steps to connect your Unily account:
Log in to your Comeen tenant.
Click on your Tenant name > Integrations
Click + Connect account
Locate Unily in the list of available integrations
Enter your Unily credentials.
ℹ️ If you do not have your Client ID and Client Secret, please contact Unily support.
Click Connect and Save at the bottom.
Your Unily account will be successfully connected.
Retrieve content from Unily
Once the Unily integration is connected, Unily content is available in Comeen as data sources.
To create and manage them:
Go to the Data sources tab in Comeen
Locate the Unily data sources
Configure and manage them according to your needs
Each data source corresponds to content made available from Unily and can then be used in your Comeen template.
Broadcast Unily content
Create a template using Unily data
Once your Unily data source is configured, you can use it inside a template to dynamically display Unily content on your screens.
To create a template using Unily data:
Go to Designer in Comeen.
Click New Template.
After deciding general settings, click Save
Choose a template or start from a blank layout, then add the elements you want to display (text, images, etc.).
Select an element in your template and open the Data Source tab in the properties panel.
Choose your Unily data source and map the data fields to the template elements.
For example, you can connect:the title of a Unily post to a text field
the image to an image component
the link to a QR code
Once connected, the template will automatically pull and update the content coming from Unily.

Broadcast the template
After creating your template with Unily data, you can broadcast it to your screens using a playlist.
To broadcast the template:
Go to Playlists in Comeen.
Click New playlist.
After deciding general settings, click Save
On your new playlist tab, click Add content
And select Template
Add the template containing your Unily data.
Choose the number of pages to broadcast.
