Once your company deploys our application, you're able to use it without leaving the tool) you already know: Microsoft Teams. You will see a new application installed in the left side bar of your Teams.

Getting started - When using our app for the first time
To access our application for Microsoft Teams, click on the Comeen Workplace icon as illustrated below.

Set your working location
From our app in Microsoft Teams, plan your days of attendance this week and enjoy all the features coming with it!
This feature is available if your company uses our office attendance solution.
🏢 At the office :

Plan a day at the office
Book the best place for you when coming to the office.
Click on the button New Booking. Your page changes to show the following one.
Select the time of the day you plan to be at the office (all day, morning, afternoon) and select the work activity At the office for this day among the list of work activities.
Select the building, floor and area for your reservation, then choose between Find a desk for me (in which case you can ask for equipments) or Pick a desk.

Book a desk from the map
Click on the button New Booking. Your page changes to show the following one.
Select the time of the day you plan to be at the office (all day, morning, afternoon) and select the work activity At the office for this day among the list of work activities.
Select the building, floor and area for your reservation, then click on Pick a desk.
A map shows up, you can click on the purple square at the bottom left to expand it :
From there, you can select the different areas of the floor via the button at the top right.
Then, you can mouse over the free desks (green circles) and click on one of them to book it.
This assigns the selected desk to you and shows it on the map and below it.
You then just have to click on Book a desk below the map to confirm your reservation.
Once done, you will see in your dashboard your reservation.

Get a desk with a specific equipment
Book a desk equipped according to your needs (double monitor, mouse & keyboard, etc).
Select desk equipment to suit your needs and click on Book a desk. This will (if possible) automatically find a desk matching your criteria.

Book an available resource (Locker, parking slot...)
Reserve additional options "office extras" (parking lot, lunch, etc)
Additionally to the desk reservation, you can ask for extra options such as a parking lot, a locker, etc according to the amenities offered by your company. You will see this option appear when booking your reservation.
You just have to select the wanted office extras then to click on Book a desk when your reservation is complete.
Get confirmation for your office extra reservation, after booking it.
And on the home page as well.
🏕️ Out of office :
Inform your colleagues and administration that you're not working on this day
After clicking on New booking, select the the concerned Period and work activity Out of office then click on Save.
Once your reservation is made, you'll see on your calendar a red line on the concerned date and also in your today's information and in your schedule.
As long as on the Home page.
🏠 Remote work
Inform your colleagues and administration that you're working from home on this day
After clicking on New booking, select the concerned Period and the activity Remote work and click on Save.
Once your reservation is made, you'll see on your calendar a yellow line on the concerned date and also in your today's information and in your schedule.
As long as on the Home page.
🗺️ Other :
Inform your colleagues and administration that you're working from another location than the office and your home
After clicking on New booking, select the the concerned Period and work activity Other then click on Save.
Once your reservation is made, you'll see on your calendar a grey line on the concerned date and also in your today's information and in your schedule.

Improve your reservation experience

Confirm your reservation of the day
Once your reservation is done, you can click on the Check-in button to confirm it. This button becomes visible once you make a reservation, on the booking page and on the home page.
You will also receive notifications via the integrated chat-bot to confirm your reservations or change them.

Consult and edit your schedule for the next few days
You can see your reservations for the next few days by looking at the team schedule at the bottom of the home page, or on the right side of the page when doing a new booking.
Also, after clicking on Edit my schedule in the section My team schedule, you can cancel your reservation by clicking on the Cancel button in the section My schedule.

Locate your desk on a floor-plan
After booking a desk, you can locate it on the floor-plan. You'll see your desk represented by a green pulsating circle.
Teammates information

Edit your teammates list
From the home page, in the section My teammates at the office today you can click on the button Edit teammates list to add or withdraw colleagues from your teammates list.
Adding teammates to this list allows you to see your teammates information for the current and next days.
This opens a pop-up with a type bar where you can search for people by typing their names or mail address. Then just click on the wanted person and click on Add to my team.
This adds the requested users to your teammates list. You can change this list at any time by adding people, or removing them from it with the button Remove.

Consult your colleagues' schedule for the next few days
You can see your colleagues' reservations in the section My team schedule and click on the arrows to view other weeks.
You can also see their information in the section My teammates at the office today. And you can click on View other date to consult which colleagues planned to come to the office on other dates.
Simply click on a date in the calendar to view which colleagues will be on-site.

Locate your colleagues desks
Click on the locate button next to a colleague's location to see on the floor-plan where this colleague is seated at.
Handle your meeting rooms
From our app in Microsoft Teams, confirm or decline your next events and the meeting rooms used for them! This feature is available if your company uses our meeting room management solution.

Get additional and interactive notifications for your meeting rooms reservations via our Microsoft Teams chat app
If you are the organizer of the meeting or the person who added the room to the event, you will be notified before and after the start of the event.
We don't change the way you book your meeting rooms, we improve it!
The notifications received allow the user to confirm or decline the use of the meeting room.
If the automatic release feature is activated, people will also be notified when their reservation is canceled.

Receive a daily summary for all the events you organized using a meeting room
Thus, you can directly confirm or decline the meeting room at the beginning of the day.
The user receives a notification either he confirms or declines the meeting room.

Automatic release of your empty recurring meetings
If a meeting room hasn't been confirmed for X number of times, it's simply removed from the event altogether.
On the administrator side, all you have to do is activate the automatic release of meeting rooms:
- Choose how long it takes for the organizer to receive a notification to confirm that the room has been released.
- If you want to activate (or not) the option for the room to be released then by default
- Choose the number of missed confirmations before the meeting room is removed from the event
On the user side : if you're the meeting organizer, every time you have a meeting with a room, you'll receive a message asking you to confirm the room. It will be released automatically if you don't reply.
Improve your visitors management
After inviting some guests to an event via Outlook calendar, once they confirm their arrival you receive a notification. This feature is available if your company uses our office attendance solution.
Be informed when your visitor arrives at the office
When inviting guests with our visitor feature for Outlook, they will receive an email like the one below.
Once they arrive at your office and confirm their presence, you receive a notification like the one below :
