With the Microsoft integration on Comeen, you can easily import and display files from your OneDrive account, including images, videos, PDFs, and PowerPoint presentations. One key advantage of this method is that any changes made to the file on OneDrive will automatically sync with Comeen, ensuring that your content stays up to date

This guide will walk you through the process of adding OneDrive content to your playlist for seamless broadcasting.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, make sure your Microsoft account is connected to your space. This will allow you to access your OneDrive files directly from the platform

Step-by-step guide

1. Go to your playlist and click on "Add content"

2. Choose the type of file you want to import from OneDrive (in this example, we'll use an image)

3. Provide a name for your content and set the desired display duration

4. Select "OneDrive" as the source for your content

5. Choose your OneDrive account, then click "Select an image from OneDrive"

6. Browse your OneDrive, select the desired image, and click "Select"

7. Once your file is uploaded, click "Save" to finalize the process

Your OneDrive content will be uploaded and displayed on the screen within a few minutes

In this example, we used an image, but the process is the same for videos, PDFs, and PowerPoint files. Just make sure to select the appropriate content type when adding it to your playlist.
