Once all your meeting rooms are connected to Comeen Workplace, you can start taking advantage of our features.
Please note that the notifications are sent to different people according to the way it has been booked :
- the notification is sent to the organizer of the meeting if the meeting room is booked less than 6 hours before the start of the event
- the notification is sent to the person who added the meeting room to the event (if it was added at least 6 hours before the start of the event)
- the notification is sent to the person who was assigned to receive it (Comeen Workplace feature via our add-on and soon via the admin platform)
Automatic notifications
X minutes before and/or X minutes after, the person who added the meeting room to the event (not necessarily the meeting organizer) receives a notification to validate their room booking.
Thus, for example you will receive a first notification 10 minutes before the start of the event and another one 5 minutes after the start.
To set-up these notifications, go to your Comeen Workplace dashboard, then go to the Meeting rooms tab and select your meeting room.
Show options by clicking on the toggle.
Activate Automatic meeting reminders and set them up:
Click on Save.
This meeting room is now equipped with specific notifications.
Free the meeting room if nobody checks in
Automatic release of the meeting room if it’s unused.
Go to your Comeen Workplace dashboard, go to the Meeting rooms tab and select your meeting room.
Show options by clicking on the toggle. Activate automatic meeting release and choose the time:
Click on Save.
You can also make this configuration on the space to be valid on all your meeting rooms.
