Broadcast Static Google Slides

Comeen Play simplifies digital signage by allowing you to display content from familiar Google Workspace tools such as Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets. This eliminates the need for employees to learn new software while ensuring seamless content management.

Prerequisite

• Setup a Google account

Comeen Play offers two options for displaying Google Slides on your digital signage:

1. Broadcast static version (Recommended): Displays each slide as an image, ensuring smooth playback even on slow connections and maintaining visibility even if your screen goes offline.

2. Broadcast Live version: Plays slides with animations and GIFs but requires an active internet connection and consumes bandwidth each time the content is displayed.

Broadcast Static Slides

1. Go to Playlists.
2. Then select a playlist and click + Add content. 
3. Select the Use a Google account. Select your account in the dropdown list, then choose your Google Slides document by clicking on Select a Google Slide from Google Drive.

    3. Finally, click Save and the Google Slide will start broadcasting on your screen in a few minutes!

Please note: Every time you update your Google Slide, synchronizing on your screens will take a few minutes.
