To enhance security and control over file sharing, Google Admin allows organizations to restrict external sharing to only trusted domains. This ensures that users can only share files with specific organizations outside of your business or school. By adding an organization’s domain to an Allowlist, administrators can enforce sharing policies that align with security and compliance requirements.
Prerequisite:
- Requires having the Domain administrator privilege.
- Open your Google Admin console.
- Go to Domains.
-
Click Add a domain.
-
Enter the domain "comeen.io" and click on Add domain and start verification :
- Then click Save.
- It will now appear in Allowlisted domains.
