Looker Studio Reports

Comeen allows you to seamlessly display Looker Studio reports on your digital screens, providing real-time data visualization for your teams. Whether you want to showcase key performance indicators, analytics, or financial reports, integrating Looker Studio with Comeen Play ensures your data stays visible and up to date.

Prerequisites:

In order to be distributed, your report must:

1. Be accessible in read-only mode through share.play@comeen.com.

2. The integration option must be enabled (Google documentation).

Steps to activate the integration option of your report:

1. In the Looker report, click the drop-down next to the To Share button.
2. Click Embed report.
3. Make sure Enable embedding is checked and click Embed URL. Copy the URL.
4. In your playlist, click on + Add content.
5.  Click on Google Workspace. Then select Looker Studio.
6. Then paste the link to your DataStudio report. This is the link you use to access it, it looks like this: https://lookerstudio.google.com/embed/reporting/43270e63-3cfe-4e33-afd1-6f6706f4924b/page/1M
7. Click Save.

Your report will be synchronized instantly and then will be synchronized automatically twice a day.
