How to set up a BrightSign player

Updated yesterday

You can configure BrightSign players to run the Comeen application via two primary methods: using a storage device or through BrightSign's cloud management platform, BSN.cloud.

Prerequisites :

Before you begin, ensure you have the following items:

  • A storage device: either a micro SD card or a USB flash drive

  • Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi adapter

  • 4th or 5th generation BrightSign Player (excluding the LS425)

⚠️ Warning: Whether you choose to install Comeen with the storage device or through BSN.cloud., you will still need a micro SD card or USB flash drive in the player. It is used as the asset storage (images, videos, etc). We recommend using at least a 2 GB device.
