Follow these steps to install and configure Comeen Play on a Windows device.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:
A keyboard and mouse
An internet connection
The preparation and configuration of the Windows system image are the responsibility of the integrator. This includes Windows settings such as notifications, pop-ups, and Windows updates.
1. Download Comeen Play
2. Install Comeen Play
Open the downloaded installer and follow the installation steps.
Once installed, Comeen Play starts automatically.
Using a proxy
If the device accesses the internet through a company proxy, Comeen Play requires additional configuration.

3. Configure automatic startup
Comeen Play is configured to start automatically with Windows.
If you have customised your Windows system image or startup settings, make sure Comeen Play is allowed to start automatically when Windows starts.
4. Configure sleep settings
Set the Windows sleep timer to 1 minute.
This setting allows Comeen Play to manage the screen's power state according to the opening hours configured for your screen.
Windows 10
Go to Start → Settings → System → Power & sleep and set the sleep timer to 1 minute.
Windows 11
Go to Start → Settings → System → Power & battery → Screen and sleep and set the sleep timer to 1 minute.
5. Configure the display size
By default, Comeen Play runs in full screen.
For specific installations, such as LED displays, you can define a custom window size.
Press CTRL + S, then enter the following values in pixels:
X position
Y position
Width
Height
To return Comeen Play to full screen, press CTRL + F.
