Connecting your Firstup Account

Updated today

This article explains how to connect your Firstup account to Comeen so you can seamlessly display Firstup content on your screens.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, make sure that:

  • You have an active FirstUp account. To set up a FirstUp integration, you will need connection details provided by FirstUp. Please contact FirstUp Support to obtain the required connection information before proceeding.

  • You have the required permissions to add integrations in Comeen

If you do not have these permissions in Comeen, you will need to ask a Comeen administrator to either:

  • Grant you the rights to add integrations, or

  • Connect the Firstup integration on your behalf

Follow these steps to connect your Firstup account:

  1. Log in to your Comeen tenant.

  2. Click on your Tenant name > Integrations

  3. Click + Connect account

  5. Enter your Firstup credentials.

ℹ️ If you do not have your Client ID and Client Secret, please contact Firstup support.

  2. Locate the Firstup data sources

  3. Configure and manage them according to your needs

Each data source corresponds to content made available from Firstup and can then be used in your Comeen content and playlists.

Display content from Firstup

Once your data source is set up, you can use it to create templates and start building your content.

To manage access rights:

  1. Go to Integrations in Comeen

  2. Click directly on the Firstup integration

  3. Edit the access rights as needed

To delete the integration:
